Just did my first week weigh in and very satisfied with my results. My goal to reach my 4% in 4 weeks was to lose 1.45/1.46 a week ~ with my first week weigh in being a 2.4 weight loss I am off to a great start.
Been sticking to eating only my protein shakes, fruits, veggies and lean meat. No sugar, processed foods, bread or dairy. I not only see the results but feel so much better. Amazing how you don't realize how foods can bring you down until you eliminate them from your diet.
Thanks to my son I have one rigid hard core workout 6 days a week. He also checks on me every day for encouragement and just to see if I'm doing ok or need to change anything. He also has me send him a picture of my heartrate watch to show how long I worked out and how many calories I burned...He has been so instrumental emotionally and mentally to me on this journey. Love having him in my corner pushing me all the way. Not to mention the top notch workout plan he made for me.
