So I have 5.82 lbs to lose in 4 weeks. Luckily my son is a personal trainer and is helping me with this by giving me a very intense workout with cardio and strengthening (by the smirk on his face I think he is enjoying torturing his mom to much...lol) And a new complete diet plan to follow ~ he says it's not actually a diet persay but change of eating habits.
Workouts will consist of 3 days of upper body strengthening, 3 days of lower body strengthening (1 day both will be done together as he calls the body sculpting) running 2 miles 5 days a week and one day is a PiYo Sweat.
First week of food will be strictly as much veggies (fresh or frozen) as I want, 1 serving of fruit and nuts (which will be iin my breakfast protein shake) and lean meats.
Second week I will be adding bread, pasta, potato 3 times a week.
Third week I will be able to add cheese twice a week.
For the 4 weeks there will be no sugar except from the fruit.
So I know I can do this with him constantly checking up on me and motivating me ~ Let the challenge begin ~ Positive Mind will always equal Positive Results.
