What's for breakfast?

I have the hardest time with breakfast. I do green smoothies or protein shakes... I need to find something that feels like breakfast to me. I used to do the oatmeal, but not much any more. Breakfast is hard! Congrats on the work out! Yesterday was my rest day.

I feel the same way. I LIKE breakfast. I do NOT like shakes I think it is a texture thing. I really don't like them because I don't feel like I am getting my meal. LOL I can go the rest of the day on shakes, but I NEED breakfast.
This morning I put fresh berries in coconut milk so I could more fruit in me. It was good, but it wasn't fully satisfying. :\ I will try the yogurt tomorrow. I might have to just go with eggs and turkey bacon and then a shake for lunch. :)
