Hey Donna! Come back and read why you started dietbet in the first place. Remember how you felt when you wrote this and dig deep to find that enthusiasm all over again. You've lost about 25 lbs! Wow! That must feel great! So how would another 10 feel? Set small goals and use a tracker. I set my goals for just 5 lbs. Keep things within your grasp and celebrate when you get there. Keep going!
