Yesterday at the gym I hit quite a few PRs! :)
Bicep curls - 28 lbs per arm
Bent over dumbbell row - 44 lbs per arm
Lat pulldown machine - 100 lbs
Upright row machine (not the cardio machine thing but just the weights) - 100 lbs

I realized I have been doing the same weights for quite a while so I decided it's time to work on upping my weight.
I just did each of these for a set or two and then went down a weight for the rest of my sets. Going to work on doing all three sets with these higher weights.
Also I took my measurements today (arms, waist, hips, thighs) - does anyone have a good recommendation as to how I can consistently measure my arms in the same spot??
Going on Sunday to get my body fat % measured. Pretty pumped to use that as a measure of progress rather than just the scale! :)
