Don't worry about what she said. Most trainers go by the food guide pyramid and what the government says is good for you to eat. Do your own research and make decisions for yourself, just listen to your body! You don't have to eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks....listen to your body and eat when your hungry. I thought that was the point of a whole30, to reconnect with your body. You are doing awesome! Don't let other people sway your opinion! Keep up the inspiration!!!!
