Hi there... I am also doing the whole 30 and yesterday I went to crossfit, ate great and felt ok. My mom uses my fitness pal so I thought I'd try out of curiosity and turns out I was only eating about 900 calories!! My coach said no no and cut my workouts down to strength only and no cardio until I get my calories up. I think it's hard to eat that many calories on the whole 30 so just be careful not to be too active unless you eat well.
