Seasonal Affect Disorder

I actually bought a daylight sunshine bulb for starting vegi seedlings indoors and use it in a 4 foot florescent fixture (think shop light). I turn it on when I'm sitting at my computer and elongate our short grey days. I have a few of my indoor plants near me as well. I'm with Kwogni, I don't leave when it is gross...I stick at home and just do something to move. You can get through this!
