Thank you! Yes I read this yesterday! I actually finally broke the plateau and am down 1.3 pounds from yesterday. I'm finally under those 2 weights I kept yo-yoing between. I added in a cup of juice with every meal yesterday and pushed to burn more calories. I am trying to keep up the concept of varying my workouts/exercises so hopefully my body doesn't get used to them.
