Don't give in to stopping! You're doing great and continuing is so important - this is my biggest challenge too. Try to redirect how you measure your success (ex. Are you feeling better? Do your clothes fit better? Etc instead of the scale only...) and I would weigh yourself once a week only. These are all things I'm trying to do because I'm just like you when it comes to this!
