Okay so its been a week since I started on multiple Dietbets and for the first time since starting, I am having difficulty. I noticed that my body is getting used to my new found fitness lifestyle and I have stopped shedding the weight. I can walk/jog 30 mins quite easily, even to 45 minutes. I have been eating healthy and drinking juiced vegetables and fruits. But my weight seems to have stopped shedding. I have to figure out a way to exhaust my body even further. I know myself and I know my tolerance level to a diet. it's 1 week. I have hit a WALL! I lost an average of 0.8 lbs a day for the first four days. Now I lose nothing! With a low tolerance level and nothing to show for tolerating diet & exercise on the scale, I feel like stopping. To make things worse, I start grad school on Monday.
Work + Grad School + Diet is overwhelming me! I want to stay on and break this wall! I NEED that second wind strong enough to break a wall!
