STRESS can do it to you! Besides, like you said it's only been a week. Don't psych yourself out. I think one of my biggest issues was trying to do math when it came to pounds lost. If you lose 3 pounds in five days don't tell yourself "okay at this rate I'll have lost 18 pounds in a month and then I'll be down mor than 35 pounds after two months! Take it smoothly and it'll be okay and less stressful. Good luck!
