Darn right, Laura. We don't want you passing out. Do some research on healthier things to snack on. There are those 100-calorie packs for example. I myself have bags of unsalted cashews if I need it. I can really eat only 3-5 at a time but there was a time I almost ate the whole bag in one sitting! Wishing you the success required to break through your barriers for good in 2015!
