College. School full time, working part time. Eating out 3 meals a day. No time for activity. Gained more weight.
Mid-Twenties. Had my AHHA moment. Decided I was done being miserable. Realized my own roll in my life and happiness. Took steps to make some positive changes. Join Weight Watchers. Lost about 30lbs in 4 months. Dropped the ball. Fell off the wagon. Whatever you want to call it. Yo-yo'ed the same 10lbs for the next two years. Up. Down. Up. Down.
Spring 2014. Finally got my groove back. Joined IG and found the IG Fit Fam! Jumped on the fitness wagon. Started making progress again. Got sick. Gallbladder issues. Surgery. Recovery. Working. Moving. Christmas. Flu. All of the things.
Now. Feeling better. Feeling motivated. Focused. Ready to make this happen.
