How I got here - My story

6 years old. Got sick where I didn't eat for days. After recovering, got my appetite back but ate everything in sight, becoming an obese kid.High school. Regular fitness classes helped, went from obese to overweight.Junior college. Took a class called Fitness. Learned about the theories of weight loss. College. No more fitness classes, dated for the first time but eventually broke up. Ate to cope.After college. Unemployed, depressed, sedentary December 1992. Mom tells me I'm a fat slob (I was 185 lbs.). Went back to my fitness class notes from junior college, starting a diet and exercise plan the next day.1995. Joined a gym full-time, doing aerobics 3 X per week.1996. Added weight training.1997. Worked out twice a day 5 days/week. weight reaches 136 lbs. 2006. Weight is now up to 160 lbs due to very bad relationship. Got out.2013. Conquered my emotional eating, weight down to 140 lbs.From then on, weight has been hovering up and down. Use Dietbet to bring it back down.
