I go through phases where I don't take time to use mine and I find every excuse imaginable to get any exercise. Now that I am back on the fitness path, I find AeroPilates the most relaxing calming forms of exercise I do. Well it's a toss up between it and Yoga. Yoga burns a little more calories and fat for me, but it's a little tougher sometimes too. Yet, they are my two favorite ways to exercise. I have some other forms of exercise I do too because I like to change things up and work out different parts of my body different times. But I love my AeroPilates and my Gaiam TV Yoga videos or my Yoga DVD's or my Fitstar Yoga App (The fitstar yoga app is the most intense of them all).
