I ran into a friend the other day, we're not super close and haven't talked in a while, but she has started counting calories and has lost 4 lbs already! I am having a hard time staying motivated as I can't seem to lose anything... 

HELP! 

What are some of your favorite lunch items? Simple please :) I live in Alaska and somethings can be hard to find and/or very expensive. Thanks for sharing! 

Even though I've picked up working out again (3-30 minute workouts a week and 3-30 min walks) I am still feeling blah and my weight is stagnant.
