Lunch for me is pasta and tomato sauce, with a banana but I usually eat that sometime in the morning when hunger strikes. Check the nutrition facts label for the correct serving size for the pasta. Keep at it. Not all bodies lose weight at the same rate. Some take more time than others. I know how you feel but look at it as a test which requires you to persevere in order to succeed in the long term. If you need more information, we're here for you!

Used to take to work: tortilla, sliced turkey, string cheese or slice of cheese. Nuke 30 seconds or so and roll it up. Lately my husband has been making sourdough bread, so lunch now is often a toasted slice of bread, wedge of Laughing Cow cheese spread on top, turkey on top of that.
