Rethinking the process...

It's a lot of trial and error until we find what works best for our bodies. Dieting is not a one size fits all category. I myself don't like to think of it as a diet at all. I believe it's OK to have some of the not so good for us things from time to time. If we find a way for it to work into our plan while we still eat good for us foods and get some exercise, I don't really count anything as too bad or off limits. I practice and everything in moderation approach. This is supposed to be a way to change our lifestyle forever, not just for the short-term after all. We have to figure out what works best for us individually. It has to be something practical and not so drastic that we will go off of it after a few weeks or a few months and gain all the weight back we put the hard work in to lose.

You will get there. It just takes time to figure out where your sweet spot of exercise and balance of food is. After a while of that, you may have to change it up some more down the road so you don't get stuck again. Don't be afraid to keep trying and keep experimenting making small changes here and there. The key is not to get down on yourself for the negative things, but to be proud of yourself for the positive things. Also, making the goals and daily living realistic and not too far-fetched.
