honestly I don't concern myself with how many steps like I do with active minutes. I walked 10-12k a day all the time but didn't really see much change til my active mins were 40+ daily even if I only moved 7500 total for the day. I've ready 10k is just enough to maintain. I am addicted to that thing though. I've had it well over a year and I am a numbers geek. I love to measure my movement, log food, etc. I will add you as my friend right now!I just learned it syncs up with my cronometer food log that I've used for 8 years. More data to feed the geek! hHAHAH

That is awesome! I have had mine since April, and used it religiously for a couple months, but then honestly I dropped off trying until towards the end of November. I lowered my steps to have attainable goals for myself to build on each month. I too notice more of a loss or burn when I manage to have more active minutes though. I will keep increasing my activity slowly over time and hopefully I will get into a good routine eventually. It sounds like you are into a good routine and know what's best for you. That is awesome about your preferred food tracker syncing with Fitbit. I do kind of like to compare data trends over time too, but haven't been doing a good job of figuring it out for my dieting yet this round though.
