Great job! Finding the foods that work for you that you enjoy and are satisfied by is a key factor in losing weight permanently. Find what you like to replace those higher calorie foods for good! Well done!!

The nice thing is there is no calorie counting. Cake and cookies could be just fine for my body, who knows!? This information will be worth my weight in gold, literally. For my mind and my body. My head is so clear and I have no bloat or aches or pains. It's as tho they are all just disappearing. I will say it has not been easy so it definitely takes some determination. It's 20 days then I can start making my own meal plans and continue testing on my own. Very excited to see how this pans out! Thank you for your cheer!
