It was recommended to weigh in during the morning hours, but I want to weigh my goal weight at night as well. I'm going to the gym before work tomorrow. I don't normally do that. I usually go afterwards. I'm also trying to go sugar free. Today I started thinking more about my portions. I used to be able to anything and everything, and not worry at all. It's not like that anymore. I know I need to start doing some sit ups, but I hate them.
