I don't have all the answers but I have a few:)

This is what I am doing for my first dietbet game - feel free to ask questions and steal my ideas!

  1. I am planning, prepping and cooking once per week:  I plan two big meals that my husband and I will eat for lunches - this week it is chicken, rice and broccoli in the crockpot and pork chops with left over broccoli.  I use the following websites to help!
  • Once a month meals - http://onceamonthmeals.com/ - you can use their ideas and recipes for free or pay $10 per month for shopping lists and other things:)
  • Organize yourself skinny - http://www.organizeyourselfskinny.com/ - can't wait to try their mason jar salads (took me a week to find wide mouth mason jars! Wal-Mart had them, forced myself to go)

 

2. I created freezer smoothie kits - handful of spinach, half banana, flax seeds, blueberries and rasberries.  When I'm ready to make one - I throw it in a blender with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and my fav protein powder.  My plan is 1 or 2 per day.

 

3.  I'm drinking 64oz water - I added that here because it's really important!
