I, too, am drinking lots of water. I look forward to my body shedding all the water weight resulting from not drinking enough water on a regular basis, as well as less frequent trips to the bathroom.I also put together some healthy meal ideas, did all the shopping, and can throw them in the slow cooker when our supply of "healthy" lunches has dwindled. Turkey chili, stuffed pepper soup, and lots of chicken -yum. Because there's just two of us, each "meal" will last us several days. We made chili on Sunday night and got 4 lunches out of it plus our dinner!Speaking of chicken, my next cooking day will involve just throwing lots of chicken (8-10 boneless skinless breasts) into the slow cooker to cook all day. Then, we cube some of the chicken, shred some of the chicken, and freeze it in small quantities. Want chicken for your salad? Pull out a packet. Want chicken for a quesadilla? Pull out a packet. Super easy and convenient.
