PART II
I'm ready for my first game to start tomorrow! I've prepped and planned and maybe started a little friendly trash talk:) I'm planning for Success not Perfection!
If you find yourself in a situation where you can't do something you planned - exercise, healthy food, etc - over compensate in another area!
- If you have to miss your workout, eat perfectly and drink extra water.
- If you eat an extra serving or a donut, add 15 minutes to your workout.
Relax if you are feeling anxious about playing your game "perfectly". Remember the comment about grace before? Give yourself some:)
Tomorrow I will talk about resources for planning and prepping food! There are some excellent websites available to us - please share your awesome finds as well!

PART I
I always get excited when I have a plan - is it just me?! I love the process of recommitting to something - it's like a big serving of grace. Instead of continuing to beat myself up for mistakes or failures, I get to say "next time, I will....". So, for this four weeks I will...
- Drink 64oz of water daily.
- Plan and prep meals one week at a time! (details later!)
- Exercise 6 days per week, minimum 20 minutes per day.
- Read 1 Proverb per day.
- Will practice a character trait each month (more to come on that!).
I believe a plan needs specific goals in order to succeed, that is why on items 1, 3 & 4 above I stated specifics - exactly how much water, the duration/frequency of my workouts and what/how much I will read daily. I will provide the details for items 2 & 5 in future posts!
Here we go! Make a plan - share and declare it!
Sincerely,
Kim Warner
