Well, we all know that the hardest part about losing weight is sticking with the weight loss plan you have designed for yourself. I have failed my plan the last couple days and have gained weight in this dietbet rather than lost it. It's unfortunate and I get angry with myself but I've decided that being mad about bad choices I've made is useless and will not change the past. So, I'm back on track. I've started a workout plan and will be lifting 4-5 days a week and will be doing at least 1-3 days of at least 30 minutes of cardio. I may not win this dietbet but I plan on a lifetime change and that will be the best win of all!

Love your last sentence. It is soooo true. Don't give up or beat yourself up. Just keep going and never quit.
You can do this. It sounds like a solid plan, stick with it and drink lots of water, avoid foods that cause bloating and you can still hit your goal!
