Hi Taya, when you refer to cereal, are you including oats? I'm not one for porridge, but I love the overnight oats I've been making recently - Last thing at night, I put a serving of oats at the bottom of a jar/bowl and then cover in frozen fruit and then natural yoghurt. When I get up in the morning, the oats have been softened by the fruit juices and it's just yummy! Otherwise I like sandwich thins and scrambled eggs (no butter, just a little bit of skimmed milk).
