I'm back to work and am wondering where the last few days went. I had family visit this last weekend and even though there were many food temptations, I did "okay".  I did consume alcohol which threw my calorie count out the window.  I also didn't exercise....so today I feel like a slug.  Definately, will let the treadmill give me a whooping when I get home this afternoon. 

On the plus side, I have been tracking my food continously now since I've started this and am down 4.5 lbs. That part has become second nature.  

I know if I push the exercise more, I can see more results.  Have a beautiful day all, and continue to make yourself a priority today.
