Okay, only two days in and this morning, this scale said I've lost 4.4 lbs!! Could this be true? Is it just water weight? I've been slogging (that's a slow jog) on the treadmill every evening too putting in just over a mile. I'll take it whatever it is.
This coming weekend will be a test. It's a family birthday and lots of temptations will be around. I'm hoping to find a 'treat' that isn't naughty to feel like I"m missing out. At this very second, I don't feel like I'll miss it as I'm on this 4.4 lb loss high :-)
