I need to start going to the farmer's market too! Let me know how the Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings" turned out. Buffalo Wings were my favorite food, and I was thinking about making the Cauliflower version for the Super Bowl. :)

I'm not sure if this link will work at all, maybe cutting and pasting will? This is the recipe my friends and I liked the most out of the three we tried (that head of cauliflower so so very big). I didn't have brown rice flour, so I just used whole wheat. I think needed to bake them longer -- they ended up a bit soggy, but they were over all very good and I would absolutely try this recipe again. http://theleancleaneatingmachine.com/2014/02/02/cauliflower-buffalo-bites/
