I feel ya, the diet part if the easier part for me as well. I lost 60lbs before from diet changes alone. It's the working out that I struggle with. I hate exercising, always have, as a kid I didn't like sports or gym class, and as an adult I just don't move. It's sad but true. I would love to be the kind of person that craves a work out and feels great afterwards, but I know that won't be for QUITE some time. But I guess we've got to start somewhere, and that's with begrudgingly doing something. I'll start with walking as well and I'm going to give yoga a shot.
