I had high hopes for restarting today, but I'm not sure how it will turn out. I thought I'd try going for a walk this morning, and instead I ended up slipping on the ice before I was even to the driveway. I got mad and decided to just go back inside. Then our internet was acting up so I went and got a new router (which I had been planning on doing soon anyways) and ended up going to a resturant while in town. besides the resutrant food, I had done fairly well for the rest of the day so I still have hopes the scale will go down tomorrow but my expectations are pretty low. Any easy excercise ideas I can do around here? I'm from minnesota so it's very cold and hard to exercise outside, and I'm a college student so a gym membership is a lot of money I could be putting elsewhere.

Sign in to CommentCheck out body weight exercises (BWE). You can do them at home, don't need any equipment (or only things you've probably got at home anyway) and there's lots of instructional material on the internet. Most commonly known examples: push ups and crunches.
