Check out body weight exercises (BWE). You can do them at home, don't need any equipment (or only things you've probably got at home anyway) and there's lots of instructional material on the internet. Most commonly known examples: push ups and crunches.

I did the same after the first week and went totally mad. Why don't you allow yourself one cheat day where you can have a treat that you can look forward? It will be balanced by the other days and you'll still lose. The other thing is that instead of pepsi, try drinking water (maybe flavoured with a little no sugar juice) as it fills you up and, surprisingly, has really helped my weight loss. I hate the stuff but that 2 litres a day is doing the trick. Good luck :)

The water thing won't be an issue. Even while drinking pepsi, I also drink water like a fish. I've always got a bottle beside me.
