I feel you so hard on this!!!! I will be close to my TOM during the monthly weigh in and I am afraid it will affect my results. Plus, I hate that BS that even though you are bloated you are still losing!. That has never ever ever happened to me. I bloat, and still try to eat less, exercise, hoping that when the water bloat comes off I will still be losing.......Nope. Stagnant. GRRRR! All I can do is try to lose more so that when the weigh in happens, I will have offset the bloat enough. And drink tons and tons of water. :(
