Most women's cycles are about the same length as a game, so IN THEORY, you should have about the same amount of bloat during your final weigh-in as your initial weigh-in when starting a game. I don't think that they take into account that weight loss often messes with a woman's cycle. Only advice I have is only start the 28 day games when you weigh more from the bloat, so that if you happen to be at that point during the final weigh-in, it wouldn't sabotage you as much.
