The idea of limiting the timeframe of eating reminds me of "intermittent fasting" (I think that's the english term for that sort of diet..). As a diet, they take it a bit further than 12 hours "fasting"/12 hours "eating". There are concepts up to 36 hours "fasting"/12 hours "eating", so alternating 1 day of eating and 1 without food. But there's also 16 hours "fasting"/8 hours "eating" and all kinds of concepts in between.I guess the longer fasting periods are supposed to make calorie counting unnecessary.. But I still wouldn't trust myself not to stuff my face within the "eating" phase :DJust a thought, if you want to look into that kind of stuff.Apart from that: Good planning going on!
