I am so not a morning person, I am struggling with my 5 AM wake up to the point i have missed my work outs all week. I do not get to bed as early as I should, and I am guilty of not turning off the electronics at a decent time. I'm curious what time you go to bed. Reading your posts about your change in perspective is very motivating. Its always worth the wake up after a work out! Thank you for sharing!

Turning off the electronics is a struggle every night we just try hard to accomplish this as much as possible.Regarding the night time schedules, some people can't believe we pull it off, but we do. Our weekday schedule: we start bedtime activities (brushing teeth, showers, prayers) at 7:30, have the kids in bed and lights out by 8. As for Amy and I we shoot for being in bed by 9 to 9:30. For the weekends Bed time remains the same, but the wake up time is 5:30 so we get a bit of sleep in time on the weekend.
