I am so not a morning person, I am struggling with my 5 AM wake up to the point i have missed my work outs all week. I do not get to bed as early as I should, and I am guilty of not turning off the electronics at a decent time. I'm curious what time you go to bed. Reading your posts about your change in perspective is very motivating. Its always worth the wake up after a work out! Thank you for sharing!
