It's that time again: halfway through the dietbets and I'm losing steam. I had a seriously stressful, busy week last week (I started 2 new jobs, one of which is graveyard shift, and had performances for a dance show every night from 5:30-9:30) so I've been taking it kind of easy this week.
No more! I will NOT get stuck in a relaxation rut and use last week as an excuse! I am going to challenge myself to stay positive and healthy and keep being better than the day before!
Here's my plan:
-I am allowing myself 1 beer between now and the end of the bets (I live in WA, there are 6 breweries in my town) No other drinks!
-Stick to my "4 lists" of eating, especially my "daily" and "never" lists
-Get 10,000 steps per day, even/especially on the days I work 3 jobs (I have 5 total)
-Drink at least 2L of water per day
-Meal prep and keep the fridge stocked with veggies so eating clean is easy
I WILL finish these bets with a win! I'm about a pound away from the goal in all of them, and I am going to smash through this week's plateau and get there :)
