So my first day went by and I'm right know in the middle of my second day. And I'm smelling popcorn. And I LOVE popcorn. But well, let's forget about that.
My first day started with a great surprise and two more great news during the day (not related to the diet) taht kept me motivated. It was a great day. I drank a orange juice, ate a small banana and...no vegetables. But at least I didn't eat junk food at all!
There is only one thing I'm still eating everyday, and that is a small bowl of chocolate cereals (30gr aprox). I simply love them and since I don't have to loose a lot of weight I believe I can afford to have them everyday. So if, for example, at night I'd just like to eat popcorn (did I say I love popcorn?) or something sweet, I can just tell myself to wait a little bit because the next day I'll be having my precious bowl of cereals. It's a way to avoid stress.
Yesterday I was very happy because I didn't feel stressed or anxious at all, and today I'm feeling exactly the same (until now, of course).
Today I introduce some vegetables. I'll have chicken, potatos and carrots (all boiled but the chicken) for lunch, and a coconut yogurt for dessert. Yes, coconut has a lot of fat, but I'm totally sure it is way lot healthier than industrial bakery... And tonight I'll be having a spinachs salad. It is curious how I like raw spinachs but I hate them once they're cooked...
