Hello!

 

Only three days have passed since I finished (and won!) my first dietbet. I thought that I would rest a little bit and after that would come back to loose some more weight. But these last few days I felt out of control, eating too many carbs, ignoring veggies and fruit and eating more than what I actually needed. I even felt sick at night. And it's not that I binged or anything like that, It's just that this last month my body slowly adapted to eating less and healthier, and I'm afraid of loosing all those effords in just a few days!

So I'm back!! :)

My plan is:

 

- ORGANIZE: To have my weekly meals organized. I've learnt that I lost control and stress myself out when I don't know what I'll be having for lunch or dinner.

EXERCISE: I do rock climbing and pole dancing twice a week each sport. So I'll be eating carbs when I exercise (4-5 times a week, which is great).

-A FEW RULES: 

  - To not eat carbs after 18:00. 

  - Try to have dinner as early as possible (but not strictly)

   - Eat fruit everyday, even if it's my natural orange juice.

   - Try at least one new veggie every week. (I'm very bag with vegetables)

   - Weigh in just once a week.

   - See each week as a start to a new diet and plan (it's easier for me to keep shorter goals).

   - Don't stress, have fun and see your body change!!
