One step, one meal and one day at a time. You can do this. I was just where you were a few weeks ago and today I pushed my body and walked 3.25 miles. You can do this. I am 48yo and weigh over 300lbs, So I know you can do this also, I got me a fit bit and I find that it really pushes me to do more each day. Also read a wonderful story of a woman who lost over 200lbs walking. Everyday she added 100 steps more until now she is doing 1/2 marathons. That was an inspiration.
