Hi Debbie.. Good luck ...Can i give you an advice ? i hade some severe issue with my kidney and live a lot on medication (great when you just have thirties)... i begin 5 minutes of yoga per day... And add more minutes day per day ... Four years later, no more medication, no more pain killers.. I added pilates, more yoga and as for today i can do a lot of fitness dvd (like jillian michaels ...) the thinks i miss is just motivation. But reading you remember me where i come from. Thanks you ! You should try with pilates or yoga its great when you have problem of health issues. Go check the little video from Tara stiles. Do it at you own peace ! Good luck
