This morning I got on the scale and I was 254. 4 lbs less than Monday! Whoooo!
I made it through day two! Today was much more difficult because I attended a meeting and did not have my normal routine. The meeting also had yummy foods such as muffins and mexican food. I was extremely hungry and did have some of it, but I did not OVER induldge. I also had two small cups of pop..ahh! Disappointed in myself for that one...
I got in a workout... but it could have gone better. I went to a Zumba class with my gf that is also trying to lose weight. This instructor was awful and it was very hard to follow, so it wasn't that great. I also didn't put in a TON of effort in like I should have been. We also went for a walk out in the freezing cold and chatted.
What I have really gathered from my workouts is.... you really got to find something you like to do when working out. For example: I LOVE volleyball. It doesn't feel like a workout to me because it is just so much fun. I like to dance.. hence why I was at Zumba tonight. I like to walk and talk to friends. I dread going on any type of cardio machine that I am not entertained by something such as tv or a book. Even just listening to music isn't enough entertainment for me to be satisfied on the machine. I know its pretty sad.... lol
Overall, it was a pretty good day. Estimating my calories was harder today because of the food at my meeting.

Tomorrow.. goals are to consume 1600-1800 calories, walk 7 miles, burn 800 calories, and drink around 100-150 oz of water. Drinking so much water is hard because I CONSTANTLY have to go to the bathroom.
