Day three is wrapping up! I am currently watching The Biggest Loser. The first hour of it, I worked out in front of the TV. Not the best workout because I live in an apartment and I can't jump around as much, but I lifted and did some abs. I wish my fiance would be more motivated to workout with me... AHHHH it drives me crazy. He lifted for like 5 minutes... How can I motivate him??? 

 

Today was a good/bad day. I didn't eat a lot of calories this morning/lunch because I simply did not have time. I had to throwout half an orange and a nutrisystem meal at lunch because I had to go back to work. Then my fiance calls me and tells me he got Little Caesar's pizza for us for dinner. UMMM AHHHHHHH!!! MY FAVORITE! Such a bad choice. I needed a night off of nutrisystem and decided to get a Jimmy Johns sub.

 

So when I got home... I caved =( I had half of a plain ham and cheese sub, two slices of pizza, two pieces of crazy bread, half a cookie, and a bag of chips. BUT.. my calorie intake for the day still wasn't that high because I ate little amount earlier. It could have been lower...  

 

Tomorrow presents a bigger challenge because I have a family party to go to that serves lots of yummy food and Sunday I have to work a pancake breakfast. Its crazy how easily the weight comes off when you seriously just eat less. Thats my problem, I LOVE bad food. I wish I enjoyed eating healthier foods, but I don't. And there are just so many temptations throughout the week...

 

Within the next few weeks its my fiances BDAY and Valentine's Day. More temptations to go out to dinner, eat candy, etc. I wish I just didn't crave that stuff. Well this was my 6th day in a row of working out. Since I have a family party tomorrow, I won't be able to go to the gym after work, but I am going to workout with my kiddos in gym tomorrow. I am introducing them to different dances and teaching them how to Macarena!

 

I didn't meet really any of my goals that I set for myself yesterday... I was also the same weight that I was on the scale yesterday morning, 254. But, I am still 4 lbs down this week which is something to be proud of. Tomorrow I will not be able to track my food because I have no idea how many calories I will be consuming at this family party. But I will still track my miles walked.

Calories burned in workout: 300

Water intake: 116 oz
