It's not like me to feel defeated but right now I do. After that stupid fall on Monday evening when I injured my knees, I have gained 4 pounds in like two days. I'll admit, I had a pity party with some frozen yogurt, but not THAT much! I'm hoping it's water weight - I haven't been drinking as much water, but downing ice tea like it's going out of style, so it's back to water again for me. We've also been eating out for dinner a couple times more than normal too. So I guess I can't blame it all on my injuries.
So there, it's done and in my past. Moving forward.
