I have never heard of "Diet Coach at Rise" but I agree, I don't much like people saying to me things like, "don't drink all your calories" or "did you have some meat? you need meat at every meal!" uh... please I am an adult and we are not all the same...., ON THE OTHER HAND - it's very interesting way to be accountable to your own goals and keep a personal food diary. I might actually try this - at least on our long weekend out (that has me a little nervous! I have never lost weight on a vaca - mini or otherwise!) I might try this .., not to share with anyone but to keep myself accountable. I might post it on a personal blog (not here - real BlogSpot blog) no one reads that much anyway... interesting... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! GOOD LUCK! and keep posting!
