I have started reading this book call the fat rules by M. D Mosteller (by the way this book is really good)... it is so true! I feel like my weight is causing me to become a shut-in... I am a naturally out going person and I want to continue being out going! 

 

Last night while reading the book the charter (which is based on the author) started another diet... She figured out how much she needed to loose and divided that by 10. She the put FAT pictures of herself on her bedroom mirror and as her reward got to take a picture down for every 10 pounds she lost!!! 

 

I hate looking at myself in pictures these days (especially the full body ones) so I am going to use this little trick! So today I will be looking for the 7 FATest pictures of me. I am not sure what I want my goal weight to be... I will know when I get there... so I may only take 5 pictures down or I might take all 7... for me it's not a size it's how I feel! 

 

I'm not sure anyone is reading this but it is nice to post my thoughts out there... not sure I will continue to post things about myself or not, but it feel good to get the truth out there.
