Hi, I am curious about this book. Can you tell us more. I am not so sure about the pictures. It sounds like a punishment that you have to see the pictures of yourself. That sounds wrong to me. This is who you are. This is your starting point. Love yourself for who you are today and if you want to change that's ok.

I agree it is punishment, but every time I see the pictures I am reminded of what I am working towards!check it out:http://www.amazon.com/Fat-Rules-M-D-Mosteller-ebook/dp/B00JLYEIP4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423511451&sr=8-1&keywords=the+fat+rules

I kind of agree with Nance. I made a goal board and cut out pictures of bodies that I admired and wanted to look like (it is different for everyone) and I used different colored paper to cut out circles. Each circle represented a 5 lb weight loss and got me closer to the center which was the bullseye and my goal weight. Every time I lost another 5 lbs, I would write down the date I achieved it. It helped me to figure out about how long it would take to lose another 5 lbs and how much work would go into it. It was fun. I did have pictures of me on there that I didn't like, but I was also a new mother (2nd child) so I tried not to beat myself up too much. He is 8 now, so no more excuses, lol.
