Day 2 - No workout today as it was a LONG work day.    My fitbit says I've walked a pathetic 3000 steps so far, with 3 hours left before bedtime.  I have meetings tonight,  so hopefully, I'll get to 4000 steps.  

MY PLUS today - I ate healthy and in small quantities.  Hopefully, the good eating will offset the bad movement.

Looking forward to tomorrow, with a planned 5 mile hike and a good swim.
