You sound like an awesome nanny! Decorating cookies? Wow. And playing by the rules teaching those young kids about being fair. Double wow - and almost unheard of as most adults like to just keep the peace. If that had been me I probably would gauge what they owe me, look around the house for an heirloom worth about that much and something I wanted, grab it, and say, "I'll just keep this until you can pay me that $60 you owe me"!!!! Regarding Valentines day, people are silly for spending so much money on marked up flowers and meals!! This silly holiday is certainly not worth hating life over. Boycott Valentines Day! LOL
